Tato diplomová práce představuje určenou část projektové dokumentace ve stupni pro provádění stavby (dle vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. ve znění vyhlášky č. 62/2013 Sb.) zabývající se komplexní rekonstrukcí a vytvořením nástavby stávající budovy školního ubytovacího zařízení ve městě Bzenci. Zároveň dojde ke změně užívání stavby na nájemní dům s byty charakteru sociálního bydlení. V souvislosti s touto skutečností se navržená rekonstrukce snaží zachovat a využít stávající konstrukce v co největším rozsahu, s cílem nezbytně tak nenavyšovat náklady rekonstrukce stavby.

Informační systém pro nájemní bytové domy

The aim of this thesis is to create a registration system for the administration of an apartment building. Its functionality is based on the specific needs of a particular owner and is formed as a web application. The first phase of the solution involved collecting of all functional and non-functional system requirements, followed by an analysis of the current situation and some of the suitable existing solutions. The next phase consisted of designing particularly the structure of the information system, the graphical interface and the database. The resulting solution was implemented within the Nette framework in combination with selected tools and the MySQL database, tested and then deployed to the production environment.

Work of architect Jakob Gartner in the territory of Austria-Hungary

(in English): The subject of this thesis is the work of a Jewish architect Jakob Gartner (1860 - 1921) in the fields of sacral and mundane architecture. The paper is limited to structures build on the territory of Austria-Hungary. The beginning of the thesis is dedicated to the emerging emancipation of Jews and their influence on the whole society. Right after is the introduction to the theoretical discussion about the style and form, which were preceding the newly created architecture. After this introduction, the paper is pursuing the person of the architect Jakob Gartner himself. The key part of the thesis presents constructed and only planned synagogues across the countries. In the end the focus dedicated to constructed, mostly Viennese, mundane buildings and constructions like a maternity hospital, villa and a larger number of apartment buildings. The final part of the paper is a complete list of the work of Jakob Gartner, which includes as well the buildings built in the regions of Moravia and Silesia.

The House - the Place of Human Family

The work deals with the analysis of literary works, where the story takes place inside the house, namely the rental house. This is a very specific area where large number of meetings and encounterings of tenants takes place. This fact brings great potential to create various sub-plots. Chosen literary works are Week in the quiet house and Figures by Jan Neruda, House in the suburb by Karel Polacek and Spring in the house by Jaroslav Havlicek. The work examines what role the house takes in different literary works, how it is displayed and how it is involved in developing the plot and characters.
